We are a growing team and are now looking for an experienced General Accounting Assistant to provide support within the Country Accounts Services team within Dublin Ireland.
As a Junior GA Accountant, your responsibilities will include supporting Financial accounting activities and coordinating activities between general accounting, accounts payable/receivable and the business.
You will have knowledge of transactional finance and be responsible for the preparation of all Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations. In addition you will prepare VAT returns and regulatory reports. You will support the month end process: posting journals and reviewing accruals and prepayments. You will review GA processes and policies whilst at the same time providing valuable back up and support to other roles within the Country Finance Organization and contribute in selected projects.
You will have experience within an accounts environment preferably within a large multinational organization. You should have knowledge of GA processes. You will also need to possess strong communication skills and be able to manage your own time by priortising your work load to meet deadlines.
